Went for a massage today at a place recommended by family; due to my TMJ I now have a renewable prescription for the treatment, although this was the first time I'd ever had one. Feeling a bit unwell today- queasy stomach, tired, weak, et etc. Probably the 24 hr bug that's been going around in work - over half the folks in my training class had to call off one day this week or go home early due to health reasons.
